Customer referral rewards

Partners earn a percentage of revenue for every customer they refer, for that customer's lifetime, not a one-time payout. The base rate starts at 30% and scales up to 40% at higher partner tiers. Referred customers also get 10% off for their own lifetime as an account, which is a two-sided incentive: the partner earns recurring revenue, and the referred customer keeps a permanent discount.

Partner referral rewards

Separately, partners can earn a share of the commission earned by other partners they refer into the program, for that referred partner's lifetime. This is a newer addition to the program, layered on top of the standard customer-referral commission.

Partner tiers

Marblism organizes partners into three tiers: Ambassador, Growth Partner, and Strategic Partner. Higher tiers unlock a higher commission percentage (up to 40%) and additional perks, including sponsorship support for partners who want to run local Marblism events or meetups.

Payout terms

Payouts follow a $50 minimum threshold with a 30-day holding period before a completed sale counts toward payout, which is standard practice for SaaS affiliate programs to account for refund windows.
